Chris’ mother has left home, leaving Chris with £1000. Chris finds himself destitute after spending the money on a party. Cassie asks Sid on a date. Chris turns to Angie as the only person who can help him. After Chris gets locked out by a squatter in his house, the crew figures out that Chris does have a dad. Jal helps Chris find his dad, but when he arrives his step mother seems surprised at Chris’ appearance and despite her efforts, does not find any baby photos of Chris. This suggests Chris’ dad is attempting to forget Chris’ existence, and when he comes home from work, he does not want to see Chris. This results in Chris running to his brother’s (Peters) grave and he starts to talk about how his brother always used to help him. He swears Jal to secrecy over the events. He then leaves a cigarette on his brothers grave as they depart. At the end of the episode, Angie places Chris into temporary student accommodation, as he is left with no family and no house.
