Character Background
Freddie happily skates on his skate board, smoking weed with his mates, and staying cool. He has problems taming his crazy friend Cook, who is not afraid to do anything. After the love triangle between Cook, Effy and Freddie has reached a climax, he seems to have taken Effy’s actions as rejection and has tried to move on and formed a sexual relationship with Katie. However, he later sleeps with Effy on a group camping trip, and admits to Katie that he does not care for her as he does for Effy. He is also commonly referred to as “Funsponge”.
